The NETCorp IT Solution’s Support Agent allows NETCorp’s staff to offer assistance remotely when an internet connection is present. The agent once installed allows for us to remotely assist you by remote desktop support, file sharing, and direct chat sessions. All that is required is that you download the correct support agent compatible with your operating system and we’ll take it from there.
