We wish to notify you about our festive season holiday closure and support hours.

NETCorp Office Hours

Office closes: Tuesday 24th 12 noon

Office reopens: Thursday 2nd January

NETCorp Helpdesk Hours

Phone support for remote assistance will be available throughout this period albeit at a reduced capacity. The helpdesk for phone and remote support will be available between the below hours and days.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
Closed on Christmas and Boxing day – 25th and 26th December 2019

Urgent Support:

Outside the stipulated times and dates highlighted above, there is an on-call support engineer manning the phones. Please ensure only to use this service if the issue cannot wait for the helpdesk to assist or it cannot wait till after Thursday 2nd January when the office reopens.
